Right folks here is a quick run down on the routes… Don’t worry they will be marked and marshalled on the day.

The 25km …. Will leave the leisure Centre and head down the Carrickhill rd and take a left onto the Strand rd along the coast, straight through Malahide village and onto the Dublin rd. We continue on straight towards the city until we take a left at Northern cross( the Hilton Hotel). Onwards to Baldoyle church via the grange rd. Here we swing a right down Main St past the Elfin pub onto the coast rd. Taking the left we head for Sutton Cross and take the sharp left onto station rd. Hugging the coast we head back to Portmarnock ,up the Carrickhill rd to the leisure centre.

The 45km is pretty much the same but with Howth(the steep side)taken in.
When we hit Sutton Cross we head straight towards howth village past the BikeHub shop and swing the right up the hill keeping the church on the right. Up to the summit and descending the graveyard side( careful of the slippery rds remember its not a race). Once we reach Sutton Cross we are back on the above route but instead of turning up the Carrickhill rd we head along the coast to Malahide village and we swing a left down Church St and back to base.
