IN AID OF MEN’S SHEDS CHARITY
How about an early season test to see how your winter training has gone? On Sunday the 9th of February 2014, Laois CTC will be hosting the 2nd Portlaoise Winter Classic in aid of the Men’s Sheds charity on the roads of Laois and Kilkenny. The 100km route (click here to view) has been designed to be challenging but achievable: a good test for anyone with winter miles in their legs. There will also be a shorter, flatter 60km option (click here to view).

FEATURES
– Lead car and marshalls.
– Mechanical assistance and broomwagon.
– An optional paced group (25-28 km/h) on the 100km route.
– Food stop on both routes, with plenty to keep you warm.
– A hot meal when you get back.
