The Sue Ryder Cycle 2014 will be held on Saturday 31st May from The Sue Ryder House, Dalkey. This charity cycle promises to be fun day for the whole family, boasting two routes which will cater for all from the leisure cyclist, the seasoned racer and also young kids & families.

The 130km event leaves Dalkey at 9:30am travelling down the very scenic South Dublin and North Wicklow coast through to Wicklow, Brittas and onto Arklow where cyclists will have a well earned coffee stop with sandwiches & refreshments before looping back to Dalkey. This route is a lovely flat route with no mountains so well within the reach of any leisure cyclist, sports person or seasoned racer. Cost is €25 per rider

On arrival back at the Sue Ryder House in Dalkey there will be an Open Day with information about The Sue Ryder Foundation and what we do along with music, tea, coffee, sandwiches, refreshments and a Raffle with great prizes up for grabs. This promises to be a fun day for all with all proceeds going back into the charity.

All participants will receive a goodie bag containing a Sue Ryder Cycle Jersey
