Quest Glendalough 2020

This epic adventure involves racers running and cycling through the Wicklow Mountains National Park and Glendalough Valley as well as kayaking across the spectacular Upper Lake and finishing the race in the shadows of the monastic round tower which epitomises the Glendalough area. Three challenging routes: 59k Expert, 43km Sport and 21k Challenge. Fort 2 Fort, now in its 9th year, has firmly established itself in the calendar of Cork’s cycling enthusiasts of all abilities, offering a choice of distances. since its inception, over 3400 cyclists have participated, raising nearly €144,000. Funds raised for Mercy Cancer CARE Centre, Fort Camden restoration Fund and 4 local Cork Lions Clubs. There are 4 different routes, 40km, 60km, 85km and 120km. This year the school has decided to fundraise for the upkeep of the bus for the Autism Unit which brings students into the community which is a great opportunity for a valuable experience.
