Dedicated to the memory of Eoghan and Ruairí, the Blackstairs Cycling Challenge has grown to be one of the most popular annual cycling sportives in the country. The event offers a range of routes to suit all cycling abilities, all based around the beautiful village of Ballinkillen in the foothills of Mount Leinster. Proceeds raised support the local national school and juvenile section of the GAA club, within both of which Eoghan and Ruairí are fondly remembered, as well as the nominated charities: Down Syndrome Ireland and the Jack and Jill Foundation.
Sign-on and registration will be in Ballinkillen Community Centre from 07:30am until 10 minutes before the start of each cycle route.
