The 2026 edition of the Tour of Monaghan will take place on Sunday 14th June and entries are now officially open.
Hosted by Emyvale Cycling Club, the event promises another fantastic day of cycling on the scenic roads of Monaghan and beyond. The club has built a strong reputation for delivering exceptionally organised leisure and competitive events, including national championships, and continues to attract riders from across Ireland each year.
We are also delighted to be hosting the Women’s National Sportive Series as part of the 2026 Tour of Monaghan.
Dedicated Women’s National Sportive routes will be available over 90km and 50km, helping to create an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere for female cyclists of all abilities.
The Tour of Monaghan was previously recognised as Irish Cycling’s Leisure Event of the Year and was also a standout event in the 2025 Cycling Ulster Leisure Series.
