A cycle sportive through Wicklow, the Garden of Ireland, hosted by Stars of Erin GAA in support of the Dublin Mountain Community Centre. This year is the 30th Wexford cycle for Peter McVerry Trust, starting in UCD, Dublin and cycling to Wexford town on Saturday the 14th September. With support and refreshments along the route and entertainment and a BBQ to finish off the day in Clayton Whites of Wexford. The Tour de Beara is a mass participation leisure sportive, run by a local not-for-profit Community group. Taking place on the second Saturday of September annually, the Tour de Beara is the blue riband event in the cycling calendar.
