 Some weeks I have 5 hrs available and some other weeks 7hrs. Will this package work for me?

 Yes, this package allows flexibility and is built specifically for you with consideration of the type of event and your time available.

Some sessions will be optional and if you are stuck with time you can decide to skip them.
If you have extra time available, weekends sessions allow you to add extra time.
This package is perfect for your first time coaching experience if you are just a leisure cyclist that just needs the basics.

My event is not until 16 weeks from now, can I still sign up now?

 Yes, of course. You will receive everything that you need when you sign up. The plan should be followed for the 12 weeks before the event.   Therefore, even if you sign up a bit earlier, you can still take advantage of the nutritional guide, core and stretching exercises, training and lifestyle analysis, nutritional and time management assessment.
