Meander your way through 3 counties, Down, Louth and Armagh, through scenic Cooley and the outstanding beauty of the Ring of Gullion.

On completion join us back at base in Newry Bosco GAC at Newry Leisure Centre to enjoy your well deserved finishers medal a Subway sandwich and a cup of tea.
